Online Level 1 Reiki Course
The first level of Reiki training is about learning a tool for self-care, to support yourself mentally, physically, spiritually & emotionally, and those around you too. By holding your hands over different positions on the body, you can channel Reiki into these areas to help relieve stress, emotional pain and physical symptoms - calming, healing, and supporting the mind, body and spirit. Reiki Usui is wonderful for alleviating stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. It’s a way to support yourself on difficult days, and an amazing practice to maintain a great level of overall well-being.

Can you learn Reiki successfully online via video training? Yes! This is how I did all of my levels of Reiki training with my Reiki Master who lives in Mexico (and me in Europe) - and I work full-time as a Reiki Practitioner and Teacher.
What you will learn:
The history of Usui Reiki Ryoho
The ethos, idea and principles of Reiki
Hand positions and method for doing self-treatments
Hand positions & methods for treating others
Understanding & locating the chakras
Cleansing, grounding & protection rituals
Meditation practices
Learning to feel energetic imbalances and areas which require healing
Traditional Eastern (more intuitive) and Western (more structured) styles of applying Reiki
Over the training days I will share the knowledge which has been passed down through a lineage of Reiki Masters, linking us back to the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho - Usui Mikao Sensei. In addition I will share with you everything I have learnt through my own experience and journey as a Reiki Master. The course is a mixture of theoretical learning and practical exercises, and you will practice giving Reiki to yourself, to a plant, to a space, and to another person in your home/ apartment during the course.
At the end of the first training day you will receive a remote attunement from me, which is an initiation into working with Reiki. It is a tuning and passing-on ritual so that you are able to connect to this frequency of energy for the rest of your life.
After completing the course it is advised that you undertake a 21 day self-cleansing and healing period, by giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment each day for 21 days.

The course price includes a manual, which reinforces the information covered in the training, and a certificate. As your Reiki Master/ teacher, I will continue to be available in the future for support and guidance.
